Length: most species in the genus are 12 - 25 mm

 

Genus Panchlora ranges widely across Latin America. One species, Panchlora nivea, has become well-established in the far south of the United States, and there are occasional records from as far north as Canada. The genus contains nearly 50 species.

These cockroaches are nocturnal, and are strong fliers. The known nymphs in the genus are typically brown, and feed and burrow in leaf litter and similar organic substrates.
