Length: 20 - 22 mm
Harry Brailovsky comments that members of the subfamily Coreinae "are found primarily in the tropical and subtropical areas of the Western Hemisphere" (Brailovsky, 2002).
Acanthocephala terminalis has three dark, dull-colored antennal segments, with a bright yellow-orange segment at the apex. The leaf-like flange on the hind tibia does not reach the apex of the tibia.
