The calling song of this bush cricket is a continuous trill that alternates between two sections, one predominantly low-pitched and the other considerably higher. The two sections of the song correspond to the stridulatory file's two distinct sections (Robillard and Desutter-Grandcolas, 2011).
Eneoptera guyanensis is a dark brown species that has been recorded only from French Guiana (Robillard and Desutter-Grandcolas, 2005).
