Length: Males 23-31 mm. Females 27-37 mm.
Spharagemon collare may be found from southern British Columbia to southern Quebec, south to New Mexico and Arizona. In the east the species is found in the Great Lakes region, and along the Atlantic coastal plain as far south as New Jersey.
